Coronavirus has changed the way we need to think about travel plans for the foreseeable future. Because of this, for the 2021 year we will be offering adjusted terms to our booking policy:
- The deposit required to reserve your place will be cut in half. Only $300 is required to reserve your place rather than the usual $600
- If there are travel restrictions in place at the time that your remaining fees are due (8 weeks before program commencement) which mean it would be impossible for you to reasonably attend the program, you will be entitled to a full refund of your deposit.
- If there are travel restrictions in place at the time that your program is due to begin, such that you are prohibited from arriving in your program's location, you will be able to defer to a later program. All fees paid to that point will be applied to that later program.
