Edumadic is on a mission to revolutionize the way we study abroad. We believe there's a better way to combine education with world travel. Taking credit-bearing classes online while living and traveling anywhere in the world is both cheaper and more enriching than the traditional model of studying abroad.

Since its inception in 2016, Edumadic has been organizing and leading programs around the world for students that want to combine online learning with world travel. In the spring of '21, Edumadic will be opening doors to the Edumadic Academy. Members of the Academy will be taught how to organize their own trips as Edumads, taking their online classes from anywhere they like, not just in those locations where Edumadic programs are scheduled to run.

Edumadic is initiating a Campus Ambassador program this spring to support both our community's return to world travel, and the launch of the Edumadic Academy. Campus Ambassadors will be the face of Edumadic on their campus, spreading the word that there's a better way to study abroad. As well as your outreach and recruitment responsibilties on campus, you'll also gain valuable work experience in a marketing and operations capacity at a small disruptive startup.

• Successful Ambassadors who have also "gone Edumadic" will be asked to continue in a salaried position after their placement, and are also highly likely to be asked to become a Program Host. 90% of our Program Hosts are participants first

• Promote Edumadic to students on your campus
• 5 hours per week supporting the growth of Edumadic in marketing and operations activities
• Provide detailed feedback on the friction points that prevent students at your university joining an Edumadic program
• Carry out research into how students at your university can "go Edumadic" with the least disruption to their studies and graduation timeline
• Engage with university faculty and other university-centered organizations to spread awareness of Edumadic

• Enrolled at a university in your freshman, sophomore or junior year
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills: Energetic, outgoing relationship-building skills are a must
• Self-motivated, curious and proactive: ability to create and manage independent projects with limited supervision
• Willingness to "go Edumadic", a.k.a take online classes while traveling the world. This can be on one of our programs or on your own solo trip using what we teach in the Edumadic Academy
• A keen interest in having a career in sales and / or marketing

Ideal Candidate

• Has traveled for extended periods of time (trips of 1 month or more)
• Has taken online, credit-bearing, college classes
• Is interested in learning or already has some competency in, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Copywriting, Web Design and Development, Social Media Management, or Video Editing
• Has attended an Edumadic program already!
